Returns We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at 19706156035@163.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Zijin Bridge, Badian Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou, Zhejiang 313000, China. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Quality Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide photo or video evidence so we can evaluate the issue. For all verified quality-related returns, all return shipping costs will be fully covered by us, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at your preference.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns are to be borne by the customer.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase. We will not refund additional charges if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

Return Policy — EU Addendum

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Please note: customized items and unsealed digital content are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
